Overview

The integration connects Microsoft Teams to the data and capabilities enabled in your Voidr deployment.

Use the conversation to inspect evidence, investigate failures and track work. Available actions depend on permissions and the products configured.

What you can do

• Inspect evidence and hypotheses about system failures.
• Create and track defect records from the conversation.
• Receive monitoring and pipeline alerts in the configured destination.
• Check runs and reports or start tests, when enabled.

Setup

Voidr AI Bot is connected through the Voidr platform. You need an active Voidr account to connect the bot to your Microsoft Teams workspace.

1. Sign in to the Voidr platform at app.voidr.co
2. Navigate to Voidr AI Support and click 'Connect'
3. Select Microsoft Teams and authorize the requested permissions
4. Configure your notification channel in the Voidr platform
5. Start chatting with the assistant or wait for your first alert

How it works

Once installed, Voidr AI Bot joins your Teams environment as a bot. Send a direct message or mention the bot in a channel to start a conversation. The assistant responds with rich Adaptive Cards for structured data like test results, failure analysis, and reports.

Depending on configuration, pipeline and monitoring notifications are delivered to the selected channel. Reply in the thread to ask follow-up questions with the available alert context.
