How it works

Once installed, Voidr AI Bot joins your Teams environment as a bot. Send a direct message or mention the bot in a channel to start a conversation. The assistant responds with rich Adaptive Cards for structured data like test results, failure analysis, and reports.

Pipeline and monitoring notifications are delivered to your configured channel in real time. Reply in the notification thread to ask follow-up questions — the assistant has full context of the alert.

Setup

Voidr AI Bot is connected through the Voidr platform. You need an active Voidr account to connect the bot to your Microsoft Teams workspace.

  1. Sign in to the Voidr platform at app.voidr.co
  2. Navigate to Voidr AI Support and click 'Connect'
  3. Select Microsoft Teams and authorize the requested permissions
  4. Configure your notification channel in the Voidr platform
  5. Start chatting with the assistant or wait for your first alert
