When enabled, Voidr AI Bot brings critical-journey signals, execution evidence, and related change context into Google Chat.

Teams can see where to investigate, connect a deviation with recent changes, and decide the next action without losing the conversation context. Conclusions remain reviewable by people.

What you can do

  • Failure analysis: Get likely-cause hypotheses and patterns found in the available evidence
  • Defect tracking: Create, view, and track defects directly from Google Chat conversations
  • Monitoring: Check synthetic monitoring status, schedules, and environment health
  • Reports: Generate quality summaries, execution reports, and trend analysis on demand
  • Pipeline alerts: Receive real-time notifications when tests fail in your CI/CD pipeline
  • Session replay: Access user session recordings linked to test failures

How it works

Once installed, Voidr AI Bot is available in your Google Chat spaces. Add the bot to a space or start a direct message. Mention @Voidr AI Bot in a space to interact, or send a direct message for private conversations.

Depending on configuration, pipeline and monitoring notifications are delivered to the selected space. Reply in the thread to ask follow-up questions with the available alert context.

Setup

Voidr AI Bot is connected through the Voidr platform. You need an active Voidr account to connect the bot to your Google Chat spaces.

  1. Sign in to the Voidr platform at app.voidr.co
  2. Navigate to Voidr AI Support and click 'Connect'
  3. Select Google Chat and authorize the requested permissions
  4. Configure your notification space in the Voidr platform
  5. Start chatting with the assistant or wait for your first alert
